Snacking issues after school..?
Ok I'm only 14 and a girl (not for sure if that matters). Anywho I'm trying to lose a few pounds, nothing extreme just like 10 lbs. Well for breakfast I have 1 Quaker oatmeal package, lunch small salad, and dinner a small salad. Usually a snack after school, like a banana or a small red apple. But after school I'm home alone and I can't stop eating! I'll eat like Oreos and cake and chips. Or I'll eat something healthy like a yogurt. But I'll eat like 5 of them. And I'm in athletics at school and before I go to bed I run 8 miles on the elliptical. I think I'm doin pretty dang good.. Except for the snacking problems. I need to find a solution to not majorly snacking like that! It's not like I'm hungry, I'm just bored! I'd enjoy some answers to this problem(:
