I need help deciding what yugioh deck I am going to play.?

All the best players will be gone to regionals. My cousin and some semi pros will b at locals like me. I have 3 decks gladiators lightsworn\twilight and vayu turbo. Which should I run? My cousin runs a really nice deck out deck. I learned of a new ruling that favors his deck. If I am playing lightsworn and I end my turn and mill 6 and he plays book of eclipse i have to draw and mill again. What should I run? I haven't played the vayu turbo for real but did on yvd tester. If you agree with vayu can you give me a good decklist for vayu turbo
