What country uses 'za' as its email country link, Like 'uk' is United Kingdom, or 'au' is Australia?

Sooo....how many tickets (chances to win) did you buy from this country? If this windfall lotto win came as a big surprise to you, and....you never purchased the winning ticket etc. then this can easily be called a scam. If you respond, they will most likely ask you to send/transfer funds into their bank account in order to receive your winnings....which of course will never arrive in your account or mail box. They will say that they can't deliver the funds because of some oppressive dictatorship or governmental laws etc. and to get your money you will need to help hide the transfer of funds with some of your own cash or some other means to rip you off. If you let them, they will squeeze every dollar out of your bank account until you are poverty stricken.
