Havnt eaten in 3 days im bloated and feel extremly stuffed why?

ok the first day i had these stomach cramp in the front of my stomach not bad at all but then i got diherriah really watery and at the end it felt like i was pooping acid but that wen away then the next day my buthole was a little sore but not bad at all but i felt like i couldnt go to the bathroom just alot of peeing i ate a lil bk round 1 n then got those cramps i took a protonic to relieve because i thought it was acid reflux the cramps went away but then i felt like i couldnt eat it since then i had a lil food like a couple crakers applesauce and gaterade it verry very little portions but i still feel stuffed i havnt eatin ne thing else i went to the bathroom twice ysterday once in the morning round 6;30 which seemed normal and then one at round 1 whicjh was very soft i havent went since and its the next day i been farting and burping but thats all but still cant eat whats wrong !
