Do i have if discomfort in ?

i had protected (Both oral and wise) last week.the day after that i had fever and fatigue...and two days later i noticed two red bumps on the head of under the foreskin..i had no itching or burning...no pain in urination..the next day, the red spots were gone...but had a burning sensation on the crotch...but it went the next day ..Now i feel twitching in my every now and then...it feels like tugging the nerve of ...a bit discomforting..not painfull...could it be ??
