Harment from wife?

My wife married me for money and after 1 year moved to her parent's place for child delivery. Now she refuses to come back and live with me. She is working there but I still bear her & baby's expenses. She also threatens me of dowry case and big amount for settlement in case I move for divorce. She is making false allegations of torture,harment & not meeting her unnecessary demands. She has taken all the jewelery & kept it with her mother. Role of her parents is also disturbing. I would prefer to have back in the family and work out the marriage. Will petition for conjugal rights, help settle the things amicably?
