What major should I get to find a job easilly then?

Im going to immigrant to Portland, OR, US. I like IT and creativity. I'm wavering between 2 major: IT( web designer or web administration, likewise) and accounting. But i need to ensure that i will find a job not too hard then. Do you have any advice? I'm looking forward to your answer. Many thanks...
