I'm going to a banquet, any make-up tips?

I am 14 btw but i kinda wanted to do something special, my dress has a lot of design i think it called paisley or something on it and looks sea green at first, there are little hints of purple when u look closer, sleeveless and floor length. thanks so much ^.^
