I'm 18 & i have cysts in my mostly in the nipple area (behind the )?

i have lumpy tissue & i've had these these cysts in each for several months probably close to a year now maybe even a year. and they have not gone away...they don't bother me as much as they did in the beginning but my are always sensitive..laying on them hurts, sometimes even if im leaned against a blanket it hurts my . my mom had to have hers removed when she was 18..so i guess its hereditary. they said i could have them needled aspirated...but the thought of having needles going in my s and having the cysts drained made me light headed just thinking about it. but now that they haven't gone away & they still bother me and my are always sensitive..i'm thinking about having the procedure done. my question is...does it hurt really bad? i'm already afraid of needles as it is, and i could just imagine how terrible its gonna be when they have to put them in my s! could you please tell me your experience and how it felt? thanks so much.
