Capturing and keeping a feral cat and her kittens?

a few weeks ago a seemingly young cat started coming by our house. we started feeding her and she started coming every day. she let's us pet her but she's still wary. we can't make sudden movements around her. but she loves to be petted. So i'm guessing she's not fully wild. a couple weeks later she brings some kittens, 3 of them. they were afraid of us and still are, unlike the mom...i think the kittens are a couple to a few months old. they still nurse but they eat dry kitten food as well. the mom doesn't even look like she's 1 but i don't know. for sure. so how do i go about capturing and taming all of them? would they all be able to live together? the mom has stepped in our house before, but only at the door. thanksss
