Rabbis & Bible scholars: Did Noah disobey the LORD by not bringing 14 of each clean animal into the ark?

The ark was built with the help of the Elohim and was a flying vessel with scientific laboratories. The DNA of all the life forms on earth was stored on board to be recreated after the flood subsided.
