Ovarian pain in left side after tubal ligation on right side?

I had 3 ectopic pregnancies in a row. 1st ended in mc, 2nd tube ruptured (right side) had emergency on Dec 7th to remove my tube, 3rd methotrexate shots...took about 2 months to disolve pregnancy. I have had 1 heavy very painfull cycle and one late light short cycle and have been having pain in my ovary area on my left side pretty bad. And im extremely irratible. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
