Codeine/paracetamol/ibuprofen mix?

First, I'm not a doctor or pharmacist. Second, I don't know about the paracetamol. I do know that it is safe to mix ibuprofen and codeine....only because I have been prescribed the mixture previously and the pharmacist ok'd it. Sorry I couldn't be of more help and I was too lazy to look up the answers you were looking for, but I hope that you were able to get some comfort in your efforts...
