Can you advice him?

My friend has separated from his wife two years ago. His wife challenged him to separate ways because of a rumor. His wife went abroad in Israel. He was left caring for their daughter at the same time going to office. After one year, a friend informed his wife that he has an affair with a woman. Their only proof was he was seen with a woman riding with him in his motorbike several times. Was this a sufficient proof that he has an affair with that woman? My friend denied the allegation when he was confronted by his wife through the phone. But his wife would not listen any explanation and went ahead challenging my friend to separate ways. Later my friend gave in to her demand, so they separate ways. They were married for 25 years and have 2 daughters. After two months his wife phoned him to reconcile. My friend told her, "no way". When his wife arrived from Israel, they have a series of talks but my friend will not reconcile with his wife. What shall I advice to him?
